Tire Shredder

The tire shredder is designed for processing a full range of waste tires, including passenger car tires, truck tires, and steel radial tires. Through a unique shredding and sorting process, it directly produces high-purity rubber blocks of about 50mm. It is a crucial core equipment in the tire recycling industry chain.

Applications

The 50mm rubber blocks produced are high-quality raw materials for various recycling industries. Tire pyrolysis and oil refining;
grinding to produce rubber crumb;
producing recycled rubber;
sports field paving;
modified asphalt additives;
fuel (TDF).

Workflow

Feeding: One or more scrap tires are conveyed to the shredder inlet via a conveyor.
Primary Shredding: Powerful blades tear and shear the tires into mixed chunks of varying sizes (containing rubber and steel wire).
Screening and Separation: The mixed material enters a rotary screening system. Rubber chunks that do not meet the required size are fed back into the shredder for reshredding until they meet the required size.
Output: Pure rubber chunks approximately 50mm in size are produced.
Recirculating Crushing: Large chunks that do not meet the required size are returned to the main machine for secondary crushing to ensure uniform output.
