Single Shaft Shredder

The single-shaft shredder is widely used and is suitable for shredding tough or medium-hard materials into bundles. Operation Principles

1.Material Pusher Structure Pushes the Material
The Material Pusher Structure is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to push the material to the blade shaft.
2.Material Shredding
The material is shredded through the mutual shearing between the movable blades and the fixed blades.
3.Screen Discharge
The shredded material is discharged through the screen system, and the particle size of the discharged material is determined by the aperture of the screen.

2.PLC automatically re-orients rotor direction when motor overload & material jam.
3.Extra Pusher Ram is optional for hollow and gigantic materials.
