Waste Tire Recycling Line

The Waste Tire Recycling Line can handle the used tires. It recycles rubber, steel wire, and fiber from tires using a room temperature treatment process.
It consists of a tire crusher, steel wire separator, disc sorting system, rubber crusher, miller, fiber sorting system, magnetic separator, screening equipment, dust collection system, cooling system, and automatic control system.
We can tailor the solution to your specific needs. Capacity ranges from 1-210ton/hr. Rubber products are 20-120 mesh.

Working Process

1.Primary Shredder
Complete tire into shredder by shearing method to get 50-100mm blocks
2.Steel Wire Separator
Cut the rubber blocks between fixed blade and moveable blade to get 10-20mm
3.Magnetic Separator
By powerful magnetic feature to remove the 97% tread wire of tire
4.Rubber Granulate Machine
Crush the rubber mulch 10-20 mm to 1-8mm
5.Fiber Separator
Through air flow and gravity separation to collect the fibre and storage
6.Independent Magnetic Separator
Remove the small quantities steel wire collected to reach 99.7% separation rate
7.Dust Removal System
European standard environmental protection,no dust and rubber waste.
8.Control Cabinet
Fully automatic to control the motor and switch of production line,overload,short circuit,phase loss protection.

Features

1.This line use physical method to separate rubber, steel wire, fibre under room temperature, the separation rate can reach 99.7%.
2.The capacity from 500kg to 5000kg per hour per line, can handle the maximum diameter 3m engineering tyres to small car tyres, PLC control with overload protections and save labor cost.
3.Through multiple shearing, the elasticity and shape of rubber can be preserved
4.Place requirement:300-1000 Square meter based on the machine capacity and actual factory.
5.Power consumption 300-800KW,our normal electricity is 380V,50hz,3 phase electricity,and it can be customized based on your local standard.
