Scrap Metal Recycling Line

The Scrap Metal Crushing & Recycling line is developed by Zhengzhou yuxi Machinery Company. The wasted metal (such as wasted iron, aluminium and engine casing ect) will be crushed, separated by the recycling line, after that, the wasted metal could be reused easily. YUXI Company has already got the national invention patent and utility model patent for this recycling line.

Application

Light and thin materials, thickness ≤ 6-8mm, heavy metal materials account for no more than 20%
1. Waste cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc., excluding motors, compressors, shafts, etc.
2. No more than 6mm steel plate, no more than 8mm steel bar and section steel, steel structural parts
3. Other steel scrap, such as packaging blocks with a density not greater than 0.65 tons/cubic meter
4. Household appliances, excluding motors, compressors, shafts, etc.
5. Empty cans and similar domestic waste

Working Process

STEP 1- Primary Shredder
Shredder machine models from YX600 to YX2600 Model
Hour capacity from 500Kg per hour to 50Tons Per Hour.
Finished product can be 5-10cm in strip size.
STEP 2- Metal Crusher
Hammer Mill crusher machine models from YX800 to YX2600 model.
Hour Capacity from 1Ton to 50 Tons Per Hour
output size will be 3-5cm in ball shape and can sold to smelting company and put into furnace to make into new steel.
STEP 3- Independent Magnetic Separation
Separate iron and other miscellaneous materials
